Work closely with the visualizer to implement the overall look and feel of the outbound consumer communications materials.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
To service Organization’s clients - the topmost MNC pharmaceutical and FMCG healthcare companies - including
Handling a team or a group of Client Servicing
Pitching to clients for new projects
Coordinating with Organization’s internal creative, medical, accounting and admin teams to ensure that all client projects are delivered effectively and on time
Brainstorming with the client as well as Organization’s internal teams to recommend medico-marketing solutions that are innovative yet relevant to the client
Candidates Requirement:
Experience in the marketing team of a pharmaceutical company OR in client servicing in a healthcare communications agency
Team Lead/mentoring experience.
Understanding of healthcare branding and strategy
Medical understanding and education background will be preferred, though not essential

Responsible for Coordinating, Acquisition, Revenue Maximization & Retention of Clients.
Servicing the existing clients or accounts as well as the new clients or accounts acquired.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: The developer will be responsible for end to end solution delivery. He/she will be required to understand the requirements, propose and implement solutions to meet the needs. The role requires driving project both as an individual contributor and also driving the team to deliver as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute projects within agreed timeline and scope of work
Be a hands-on technical contributor as well lead technical delivery teams on the project to ensure successful delivery. Prior team lead experience is not mandatory.
Maintain strong coding, compliance, & security standards
Channel new requirements and customer feedback obtained to the product team
Create and maintain status reports and keep management up-to-date of overall project status
Collaborate across other functional teams to resolve issues as needed
Candidates Requirement:
At least 2-4 years of Full Stack Web application development / implementation experience

Understands brand identity, captures and hones brand voice, and adheres to existing branding guidelines.
Contributes to campaign development with creative ideas and tactics.
Work closely with Creative Designers in creating, developing, and maintaining brand voice for internal and external communications.
Collaborate with Marketing Managers and the Creative team to craft strategic campaign messages for our programs.
Draft compelling headlines and advertising messages that convey the objectives for the campaign while speaking appropriately to the target audience.
Work under pressure and management of workloads effectively.
